We are encouraged to pray in all circumstances. No matter what comes along, we talk to the one who is able to do something about the situation and bring strength and comfort. God could do it Himself without our help but He chooses to partner with us and prayer keeps that partnership strong.

Father’s Day: “Our Father’s Love” 1 John 3:1
When we come to faith in Jesus, we are called “Children of God.” The Bible tells us that God has “lavished” his love on us. That means he’s given us so much love we can hardly contain it all. When we open our hearts to God’s love it overflows to bless others. In love, our father in heaven gives us great gifts. Come and hear about some of them this Sunday.

“You can’t Take It With You” James 5:1-6
The rich farmers James is addressing people who behave as if money will see them through the end of life into the beyond. Easter Sunday: The Hole Story
Easter: The Hole Story
There’s a hole in our Easter Story. Our picture of Easter is one of a joyful celebration, but there’s a hole right in the middle of it. Somewhere in the center of the picture we have of the Easter Bunny, Easter hats, Easter baskets, and Easter eggs the story of Jesus got lost. Join us Easter Sunday as we fill in the hole with the whole story.
